Description

We are looking for someone to ensure “Commercial Excellence” is applied across all channels at WGS. This role will have the opportunity to work with our Brand & Commercial teams in the development and implementations of superior consumer, shopper facing brand activation and POS. Even better, you will get to work with a strong dynamic team of individuals!

 

Based in our New York office, the Director of Trade Marketing will:

 

  • Ensures investment is prioritized according to Growth Drivers across the key lenses of Consumer, Shopper, Key Customer, and WG&S.
  • Develops Channel / Promotional guidelines that are published annually and advise on promotional weight and frequency standards by Brand, Key Customer, and Channel
  • Multi-Cultural Marketing: Working with our dedicated external resource focus on delivering high value growth opportunities in this consumer segment by developing a multi-cultural growth model
  • Understands and uses consumer insights as a key input into all WG&S brand strategies and plans. Influence National Accounts to tailor the approach locally and uses the methodology as part of all investment decisions within all Key Customers

Qualifications:

 

  • ·         Bachelor’s Degree is required; Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferable
  • ·         Minimum of 7-10 years in Consumer Products Marketing with significant exposure to brand-building activities
